Direct-fit right-hand tie rod end (outer or inner location depends on specific vehicle) engineered for 1963–1982 Chevrolet passenger cars and light trucks. - Direct OEM-style replacement restores steering precision and removes play.
- Corrosion-resistant finish for improved longevity in road conditions.
- Easy to install with common hand tools; perfect for restoration or maintenance projects.
Installation / Application:

- Estimated time: 45 minutes - 2 hours
Instructions:
- Park on level ground, chock rear wheels, loosen front lug nuts slightly.
- Raise vehicle with jack, secure on jack stands, and remove the front wheel.
- Locate the right-hand tie rod end (outer or inner depending on vehicle) and note the orientation and thread engagement; measure or mark position to preserve alignment settings.
- Remove cotter pin and loosen castle nut (if equipped) securing the tie rod end to the steering knuckle or center link.
- Use a tie rod end puller or pickle fork to separate the tie rod end from the knuckle/center link; avoid damaging seals and surrounding components.
